After 2 months of zero goals، Zamalek scores again

After remaining unable to win or score for nearly two months، Zamalek SC managed to restore victories Wednesday against Tala'ea El-Gaish in the postponed match of the second fixture of the Egyptian Premier League، at Petro Sport Stadium in Cairo. 

The match that kicked off at 8:00 am came after four losses in a row.

Zamalek occupies fourth place in the league table، after acquiring 43 points from 23 matches، while Tala'ea El-Gaish SC lies in sixth place of the league table، having gained 35 points from 24 league matches.

Zamalek’s last win was over Al Nasr Lel Ta’deen on February 24 when they won 2-0. 

Meanwhile، Zamalek SC won 12 and drew four league matches this season، defeated on six occasions so far this season. On the other hand، Tala'ea El-Gaish SC won nine، drew eight،and defeated on six occasions in the league this season.

The current champions of the Egyptian league Al Ahly Sporting Club has won last season’s league title، after acquiring 76 points، seven more than second placed Zamalek SC who only managed to get 69 points.
