Khalid al-Majrashi، a Saudi political writer and analyst، said that the Iranian presidential election، which kicked off this morning between the candidates Ibrahim Raisi and Hassan Rouhani، will not come out with new products.

Al-Majrashi told Sada El-Balad that the position of the Iranian president is an honorary position with no authority in the matter، and all powers are in the hands of the supreme leader، stressing that Iran has canceled the post of prime minister.

"Iran's policy towards its Arab neighbors and the Gulf will not change، and will continue to penetrate into Saudi Arabia، Yemen and Bahrain to ignite the entire Middle East."

Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and Issac Jahangiri has announced withdrawal from the presidential race, while Hashmi Taba decided to vote for Rouhani.
