Fast paced Egyptian attacker Mahmoud Trezeguet suffered a foot injury and has withdrawn from the Egyptian team to meet North African rivals Tunisia in their opening Group J clash of the African Nations Cup qualifiers on Sunday.
The Belgian-based player was ruled out after sustaining a training ground injury، said a statement from the Egyptian Football Association، who did not say whether coach Hector Cuper would call up a replacement before the team fly to Tunisia.

He joins Sporting Braga striker Ahmed Kouka on the sidelines.
