The Egyptian Company for Airports contracted today، Tuesday with Japan Airport Consultants ( JAC) and NAA Co.، for airports، to construct a new passenger terminal at Borg El Arab International Airport. Japan funds the new complex with a loan amounts for Y26.4 billion. A host of Egyptian and Japanese officials inked today the agreements of new terminal. The Japanese party committed to provide training and management services to the new terminal. It is worth to mention that the new facility is designed to serve four million passengers a year. It will be the first environment friendly airport in the Middle East. The Japanese loan will paid pack in 40 years with an interest rate of 0.01 %.
