Belarus airport of Vitebsk Airport is set to a launch a charter flight program to Egypt which will run till 9 January 2018، local reports quoted the head of Vitebsk branch of Belaeronavigatsia company.
The airport will offer the charter service to Hurghada as from 21 September this year. Flights will be performed by the Belavia air carrier on a Boeing 737-800 which can seat up to 200 passengers.
This could be a boost after the critical blows Egyptian tourism suffered، a recent knife attack at the popular Red Sea resort of Hurghada has left two German citizens dead and four other holidaymakers wounded.
However، Egyptian minister of tourism said in remarks that incidents have not showed any direct negative impacts of cancelling any travel books to Egypt.
