Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 brown onion، finely chopped
1 green capsicum، seeded، finely chopped
1 large ripe tomato، finely chopped
2 garlic cloves، crushed
14 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
14 cup finely chopped coriander
2 tsp Moroccan spice mix
14 tsp cayenne pepper
6 pita pockets، halved crossways
1 tbs olive oil
Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt، to serve
Lemon wedges، to serve

Directions
Preheat oven to 240C220C fan forced. Combine beef، onion، capsicum، tomato، garlic، parsley، coriander، Moroccan spice mix and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.

Divide beef mixture into twelve even portions. Place beef mixture into each pita pocket half، gently pressing to flatten. Lightly brush the pita breads with olive oil. Wrap each pita bread loosely in baking paper. Place on a baking tray (see note). Bake for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with yoghurt and lemon wedges.
