Egyptian air traffic sources said Saturday that 10 Egyptian، Italian and Ukrainian planes flied to Sharm el-Sheikh airport، including four planes from Iraq، Jordan and Kuwait to transport 440 Arab tourists amid a marked increase in Arab tourism to South Sinai.
The sources added that Iraqi Airways organized two flights from Baghdad، No. 191 and 193، and Egypt Air organized a flight from Kuwait No. 576، and Arabia flight organized flight No. 601 from Jordan.
The airport is also witnessing increasing traffic in Italian and Ukrainian tourism. During the past hours، it has received two flights of Ukrainian Airlines transporting 270 Ukrainian tourists، and the Egyptian International Company organized two flights from Italy، to transport 293 Italian tourists.
