Egypt’s Prime Minister Sherif Ismail heads on Thursday the cabinet weekly meeting to discuss a number of files relating to the economic، and security situations.
The meeting will also discuss a number of draft laws and ministerial decisions that will be approved and sent to the parliament.
This meeting comes in the framework of reaching an economic and social stability، as well as to encourage investments، in order to achieve renaissance at all levels.
Noteworthy، Engineer Sherif Ismail was the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources under the interim cabinet led by Hazem Al Beblawi on July 16، 2013.
He continued as the Minister of Petroleum during both the first and second cabinets of Engineer Ibrahim Mahlab.
Then he was assigned by President Abdul Fattah Al-sisi، on September 12، 2015، to form the new government. Ismail held different managerial posts at different international petrochemical firms from 2005 to 2013، according to the cabinet of ministers.
