Hundreds of haredim demonstrated in Bnei Brak yesterday (Monday) protesting the arrest of two yeshiva students who refuse to serve in the IDF. Police arrested at least forty، including members of the Jerusalem Faction، as protests sprung up throughout the country، as Arutz Sheva said.

The Jerusalem Faction demands that yeshiva students have no contact whatsoever with the IDF، even to defer army service for their Torah studies.
It is worth to mention that the Jewish extremists refuse to enroll in the army. They are keen on consecrating much time for studying Torah and Talmud in yeshivas (the high religious academies).
Israeli government head over the recent year to draft the extremists to cope with dilemma of scarcity of able bodied men and women.
