Libyan newspaper "Al-Bayan" said that judge and the Libyan writer Mohammed Abdul Muttalib al-Houni stressed that Qatar ridiculed all its capabilities and its relationship to serve the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya and the world.
The Libyan writer revealed that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi told him that the former Emir of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa admitted to him he is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
In his book «Saif al-Islam Gaddafi.. The machinations of politics and irony of predestination»، Al-Houni pointed to Qatar's relations with the regime of Gaddafi، to help the Brotherhood to come into power، by persuading Saif al-Islam of the idea that his ruling can only be maintained by being with the Brotherhood themselves.
"He can not govern Libya in the future without being allied with the Muslim Brotherhood، and Sheikh Hamad has made all contacts and understandings between the two parties،" al-Houni said. "Saif al-Islam told me that Sheikh Hamad told him secretly that he was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and that Saif al-Islam himself would adopt the principle of the group.
