President Abd Al Fattah Al Sisi held talks with Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades at the presidential palace in Nicosia on Monday.
During his two-day official visit to Cyprus، president Sisi will take part in the tripartite summit between Egypt، Cyprus and Greece.
President al-Sisi holds a bilateral meeting with his Cypriot counterpart and senior Cypriot officials to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations at all levels، in addition to issues of common interest. President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi pays a visit to the Cypriot capital of Nicosia on Monday in an official two-day visit، during which he will participate in the Tripartite summit between Egypt، Cyprus and Greece.
Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radhi said that the president is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Cypriot President Nikos Anastasiadis and senior Cypriot officials to discuss means of enhancing bilateral relations at all levels.
The talks come in the framework of close relations between Egypt and Cyprus and the distinguished joint cooperation for intensive consultation on issues of common concern.
In recent months، meeting between officials of the three countries have taken place in preparation for November summit، the latest was a meeting between the three ministers in September on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
