Cairo airport authorities declared the emergency state this morning ahead of President Abd Al Fattah Al Sisi’s return to Cairo following his visit to Cyprus.
President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi traveled to the Cypriot capital of Nicosia on Monday in an official two-day visit، during which he participated in the Tripartite summit between Egypt، Cyprus and Greece.
The president held a bilateral meeting with Cypriot President Nikos Anastasiadis and senior Cypriot officials and discussed means of enhancing bilateral relations at all levels.
The talks came in the framework of close relations between Egypt and Cyprus and the distinguished joint cooperation for intensive consultation on issues of common concern.
In recent months، meeting between officials of the three countries have taken place in preparation for November summit، the latest was a meeting between the three ministers in September on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
