Egypt’s President, Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi, Cyprus President, Nicos Anastasiades, and Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras witnessed a short while ago, the signing of a tripartite tourist agreement between the three countries, on the sidelines of Nicosia Summit.
The agreement was signed by Cypriot Tourism minister, Greek tourism minister, and Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry on behalf of Egypt’s Tourism Minister.
The activities of the tripartite summit between President Abd Al Fattah al Sisi، Cypriot President and Prime Minister of Greece، kicked off in Nicosia this morning.
Noteworthy، President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi arrived on Monday in Cypriot Capital of Niscosia in an official two-day visit.
Al-Sisi expressed his happiness to visit Cyprus، praising the historic and strong relationships between both countries.
In his word during a joint press conference with the Cypriot president on Monday Sisi pointed out to Cyprus positive attitude in supporting the pivotal developments witnessed by the Egyptian state at the political level and the economic reform measures.
Sisi added that the official talks with his Cypriot counterpart addressed ways to boost cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
In recent months، meeting between officials of the three countries have taken place in preparation for November summit، the latest was a meeting between the three ministers in September on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
