Foreign Minister، Sameh Shoukry said that the economic and security cooperation is being expanded along with the political side during the fifth trilateral summit between the presidents of Egypt، Cyprus and Greece.
In remarks to “DMC” satellite channel on Tuesday، Shoukry added that objective of the tripartite summit is to coordinate between the Mediterranean countries.
This cooperation will achieve stability in the region and Take care of common interests at the political level.
He explained that there is an idea that three presidents have about the best countries that may join the tripartite assembly.
Noteworthy، President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi arrived on Monday in Cypriot Capital of Niscosia in an official two-day visit.
Al-Sisi expressed his happiness to visit Cyprus، praising the historic and strong relationships between both countries.
Sisi added that the official talks with his Cypriot counterpart addressed ways to boost cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
