Egg Roll Skins 10 oz (283g) Cilantro 1 Tomato 1 Avocado 12 Onion 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt Garlic Dip
Preparations Mince the cilantro. Dice the onion and tomato. Dice the Avocado.
Directions Place the diced onions، tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl. Add avocado and mix. Add few pinches of salt and mix thoroughly. Place a tablespoon or two of the salad on a precut egg roll skin and wrap the egg roll as show in the video. Deep fry the egg rolls until golden. Serve with Garlic Sauce or Sour Cream and Hot sauce.
