Sabah ON program aired on "ON live" satellite channel، broadcasted a report on the weather prediction on Wednesday.

Weather forecasters predict that moderate weather to prevail on the northern coasts، while hot weather to prevail on Nile Delta، Cairo and north of Upper Egypt، however، it will be very hot southern Upper Egypt daytime، nice at night.

Meanwhile، thick fog prevails this morning on the north of the country، while the low and medium clouds will prevail on the northern coasts.

The forecasters predict that northwesterly wind، ranging from mild to moderate، will be active in South Sinai and the south of the country، accompanied by sand and dust، while active on Suez and the Red Sea، which leads to a disruption in the maritime navigation.

Meanwhile، maritime in the Mediterranean Sea will face moderate movement، with wave height in the Mediterranean Sea ranging between 1 and a half meters to 2 meters، while the Red sea will face turbulent sea conditions، with wave height ranging between 2 meters and half to 3 meters، with a north-westerly wind on the surface.

The Maximum temperature predicted for Cairo is 20 C.

Meteorologists always warn against going out during afternoon hours as well as to stay away from hot winds. They said that picnicking during peak hours could result in serious health risks.

Cold water is “very important” during this hot weather to balance body temperature and get rid of health damage caused by exposure to soaring temperature.

Noteworthy، with the small exception of its strip of Mediterranean coastline، the whole of Egypt has an arid desert climate، according to weather and climate website.

Throughout Egypt، days are commonly warm or hot، and nights are cool.

Egypt has only two seasons: a mild winter from November to April and a hot summer from May to October.

The best time to travel to Egypt is during the winter، between December and February، when temperatures range between 20 to 26 degrees Celsius (68 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit).
