Amr Mostafa retires from composing

Well-known composer and singer، Amr Mostafa has announced on his Facebook page his retirement from composing، once again.

Amr announced his commitment to the decision، stressing that he would not return، whatever the circumstances.

Mostafa had previously backed down from his retirement decision، in order to compose World Youth Forum official song “Shabab el Donia”(Youth of the World).

The song was performed by prominent Algerian singer Cheb Khaled.

Amr Mostafa is an Egyptian singer and composer. He was born in Cairo to a middle-class family.

His talents were discovered during his childhood as he composed some of the Arabic poems presented in his Arabic textbook.

Amr graduated in 2001، from the law faculty at the University of Cairo.

His music debut had kicked off when he composed five songs for Egyptian legendary singer، Amr Diab in his 2001 album (Aktar Wahed).

In 2007، he made his singing debut and released his first album (Ayamy)، then album (Alama Fe Hayatak) in 2008، and his mini album (Alkbar Kbar) in 2009.

He managed with just three albums to receive a wide public recognition throughout the Arab world and Spain.
