Beef Liver

Ingredients
1 lb (454g) Beef Liver
1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Onion
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Paprika، Black Pepper Powder، Salt

Directions
Slice the onion.
Chop the beef liver as preferred.
Fry the onions in a pot until golden.
In a bowl، Combine flour، paprika، and black pepper powder and stir until well mixed.
Place the livers in the bowl and rub with the mixture.
Add the livers to the onion pot and stir.
Fry the livers for 5 to 7 minutes، stir occasionally.
Add salt in the end، stir for a minute.
