Ingredients 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour 2 Eggs 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 14 Cup Instant Pudding 14 Cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 12 Tsp Cream Of Tartar 14 Tsp Vanilla Extract Chocolate Chips
Directions Batter Melt 1 tbsp butter. Cover a bakeware surface with parchment paper and grease with the melted butter. Dust the bakeware with cocoa powder. In a separate container، Combine 2 tbsp flour and cocoa powder and set aside. In two separate bowls، separate one egg yolk and white and add the whole another egg to the egg yolk. Whisk the eggs until fluffy. Stir in 14 cup sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl gradually while whisking. Melt (2 tbsp) butter. Allow to cool down a bit and stir in the mixture. Whisk the egg white until stiff. Stir in (1 tbsp) sugar and cream of tartar. Gradually، Foldstir the egg white mixture and sugarcocoa powder mixture to the egg yolk mixture. Transfer the batter over into the bakeware. Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C)، bake the batter for 12 minutes.
Cream Whisk heavy whipping cream until creamy. Stir in instant pudding and (1 Tbsp) cocoa powder and whisk until well mixed. Remove the cake of off the oven. Allow to cool down and cut into one inch layers. Apply a layer of the cream in between of each cake layer. Cover the cake with the remaining of the cream. Top the cake with chocolate chips.
