Egypt has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a catholic church in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta.
In a statement on Sunday، Egypt expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims، wishing the speedy recovery of the injured.
Heavily-armed terrorists attacked a church during a midday service in Sunday، in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta، killing at least eight people and wounding 44 others including children and women.
Islamic State claimed an attack، the group’s Amaq news agency said in an online statement. It said two Islamic State members had carried out the attack but provided no evidence for the claim.
The attack on the Bethel Memorial Church on Zarghoon road in Balochistan capital came just over a week before Christmas.
