Egyptian composer Hassan el Helw announced Wednesday on his FaceBook account that the rising singer، Ramy Sabry، will be released within the next three months.
“Thank god، my friend...Ramy will be with us within the next three months… You will be out for your children.” Hassan captioned، sending a warm message to his friend، Ramy Sabry.

Ramy said in the letter “I am fine، thank god… Hardship and will pass، God willing… God does not hurt anyone.. I am satisfied with the rule of God.. All anyone can do is to carry out the will of God... Thank god for everything.. Pray for me. "
The 39-year-old is currently serving sentence in Tora Farms Prison.
-Other charges - Security sources revealed to “Sada el Balad” website on October 14، that Sabry has issued a valid certificate stating that he was exempted from military service.
The sources added that the issue is not about the certificate of military service، but about him issuing a false certificate about his father's death، who is still alive، according to the ministry of Civil Status Organization.
The sources pointed out، that by Sabry using this false certificate، resulted in the evasion of military service.
-His arrest - The Military prosecution detained Sabry for 15 days pending investigation، on charges of evading his duty of military service، and for forging service certificate performance، on May 14.
Security services had received a complaint of Sabry’s escaping his military service from one of his band members، who reported his whereabouts to the police.
Maadi police department arrested the singer from one of the cafes in Maadi، where he was hanging out with his friends and deported him to the Military Prosecution، who continued the investigations.

Service is postponed for students until their studies are finished، before they turn 25 years old and they can not travel abroad without travel permit from the Ministry of Defense.
Only Egyptian males with a male sibling are allowed to become conscripted، if they have dual citizenship or no male siblings they are exempt from service.
Males cannot be enlisted when they turn 30 because they are considered unfit for the service.
Noteworthy، Ramy Sabry is an Egyptian singer and composer. He was born in 1978، and studied at the Arab Music Conservatory. He first came to prominence as a composer، working with pop music stars like Sherine Abdel Wahab، Amer Moneeb، and Fadl Shaker.
His breakthrough as a singer came in 2005، when producer and director Tareq El-Eryan decided to produce his debut album. He then went on to appear in many television shows and headline numerous concerts، and in 2008 he released his second album to huge success.
