Tunisian government announced that it will increase financial aids to needy families in a step considered as a responding to Tunisian protesters against taxes and high prices since last Monday.
The government took emerging procedures to deal with the economical crises which hit the country and resulted a huge demonstration for it fifth day، a source of Tunisian government said Saturday according to Tunisian medias.
The source added that the aid would come as part of a package of other social decisions.
It is worthy to mention that، a number of Tunisian cities have witnessed massive demonstrations، in protest against the Finance Law، set by the government to raise prices and taxes.
Protests are common in Tunisia in January، when people mark the anniversary of the revolution that ousted long-time dictator Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.
