After securing a relatively easy victory on Wednesday after defeating Moroccan opponents 33-28 in the first round of African Cup of Nations (CAN) currently held in Gabon، the Pharaohs are eyeing to assume dominance by another win over Nigeria in today’s clash.

The game is set to kick off at 6 pm.

Coach Marawn Ragab chose a squad consists of Karim Hindawy، Mohamed Ali، Omar Al Wakil، Mohamed Essam، Karim Ayman، Islam Hassan، Muhab Hossam، Abo El Fotoh Ahmed، Mamdouh Taha، Mohamed Ibrahem، Yehya Khaled، Ibrahim El Masry، Wesam Samy، Mohamed Sanad، Mohamed Mamdouh، Mohamed Ramadan، Ali Zeyn and Ahmed Al Ahmar.

The reigning champions Egypt will play Angola on Sunday and their final match against the Democratic Republic of Congo.

It’s worth noting that the first four teams of each group qualify for the quarter finals with the top three teams gaining qualification for the World Handball Championship in January 2019 set to be held in both Denmark and Germany.
