Kofta

Ingredients
1kg minced beef (25% fat)
1 large onion، minced
2 cloves garlic، minced
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon kofta spices
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ bunch parsley، chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon oil
1 burning coal

Directions
Mix meat، onions، garlic، salt، pepper، spices، egg، breadcrumbs and parsley together until fully incorporated
Gather a handful of the mixture and shape into a cylinder، and place onto a greased baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the meat
Brush each kofta with oil and bake in the oven on 200C for 20 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven - in a small foil cone، add oil and burning coal. Cover immediately with foil and leave for 5 minutes until kofta is smoked.
