Ingredients
½ kilo ground beef
½ soaked white rice
½ cup minced parsley
½ cup minced coriander
½ cup minced dill
1 onion، minced
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper
White rice for serving.

Directions
Add minced onions salt and pepper to the ground beef ،rice،parsley،coriander،dill blend all ingredients together in the blender and form into fingers shape
Saute the meat fingers in deep pan
Set meat fingers aside
In same pan add tomato sauce and chicken stock، let the flavours cook together for a few minutes
Add the meat fingers and are cooked thoroughly for 5 minutes
