Ingredients 1 large sweet pie crust 2 cups (500ml) vanilla pastry cream 500g strawberries، hulled and halved Strawberry jam، for brushing
Directions Prepare and cool your pastry case، then fill with the two cups pastry cream. Decorate with halved strawberries، playing them cut side down. Heat the jam briefly (the microwave works well for this). Brush the tops of the strawberries with jam to add a light shine. Enjoy!
