Bessara (Egyptian fava beans and herbs dip)

Ingredients
¼ kg skinned white broad beans soaked overnight
3 onions
10 garlic cloves
1 cup dill
1 cup parsley
1 cup coriander
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
salt

Directions
Place crushed beans، garlic،dill،parsley ،coriander and 2 onions on flame with plenty of water
Boil until well cooked about 60 -90 minutes، press in juice extractor
Pass through a fine wire sieve، return to flame
Add cumin، mint، salt، and cook for a further 7-10 minutes
Slice the remaining onion very thinly and fry to a golden brown color
Remove the onions، strain the oil into the bissara، mix thoroughly ،and pour into a shallow serving dish، decorate with the fried onions
