Moroccan superstar، Saad Lamjarred released Friday evening “Ghazali “music video on his official Youtube channel.
The video had gained 4،051،780 viewers over the past 24 hours، and is currently ranked number 21 on YouTube Middle East’s trending videos.
The video had achieved 2 and half a million views on YouTube just 12 hours from release.
On the other hand، Saad announced Friday his return to Morocco for the first time in more than a year and a half، after the end of his house arrest in France، after the closure of the rape case involving a French girl.
The music video "Ghazali" is the first song released by Lamjarred was filmed in the French capital Paris، and took months of preparation.
On October 31، just before he was about to take to the stage at the Palais des Congrès in Paris، Lamjarred was arrested for the second time on charges of sexual assault.
He was jailed in France for the “aggravated rape” of a 28-year-old French-Moroccan woman.
The singer denied any knowledge of the incident and denied ever having met the woman accusing him.
On April 13، Lamjarred’s lawyer، Eric Dupond-Moretti revealed that the singe rwould be released from prison under electronic surveillance، but would have to remain in France.
