Roast Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients
Lamb shoulder
Garlic cloves peeled and sliced
Rosemary herb ( fresh or dried)
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Butter (optional)

Directions

Pierce meat with a sharp knife
Drizzle with olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
Slice garlic cloves
Insert the garlic slices into the meat
Sprinkle with rosemary (fresh is better)
Add small pieces of butter into the holes (optional)
Place the meat in a roasting pot or in a large dish then cover with foil
Into the oven for around 5 hours 150c
