FM to chair the 7th Egyptian-Indian joint committee in New Delhi

Egypt’s Foreign minister، Sameh Shoukry will head to New Delhi tomorrow، Wednesday to chair the 7th Egyptian-Indian Joint committee، scheduled to kick off on Thursday.

This visit comes within the framework of the historic relations between the two countries، and Egypt’s keenness to develop cooperation with India in various fields، Foreign Ministry spokesman، Chancellor، Ahmed Abu Zaid said. 

Abu Zaid added that Shoukry agenda includes important meetings with a number of Indian senior officials، and businessmen، including Indian PM Nadrenda Modi to hand him over a message from president Sisi on the bilateral relations between the two Countries. 

Moreover، Shoukry will participate in the economic forum organized by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) in cooperation with Egyptian Commercial Office in New Delhi.
