Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
The dough
3 ½ cup plain or strong flour (or as needed)
1 cup of lukewarm milk
½ cup of lukewarm water
¼ cup oil
2 packets active dry yeast (14g)
1 tsp slat
1 tsp baking powder

Filling
200g feta or salad cheese
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Spring onion (optional)
Fresh or dried mint or parsley

Directions
Gradually mix in the flour، little by little until you get a soft dough.
Avoid adding too much flour، otherwise you would get a hard dry dough.
Oil the bowl، cover and leave for 20 minutes or until doubled.
Take the air out the dough.
Form equal sized balls.
Gently flatten each dough.
Cheese filling
Egg yolk with 1 thsp milk
Brush with egg wash
Bake until golden brown preheated oven 200c.
Take it out the oven.

Tips:
You can also use a stand mixer instead
