How to make Herring salad with Tahini (Ringa bel Tahini)

Chef Amira Shanb explains how you can make feseekh during “Amira fel Matbakh” program broadcasted on “CBC Sofra” TV channel.

Ingredients
Half a kilo of herring fillet cubes
A cup of sesame paste
Minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Quarter cup of lemon juice
Vinegar
Tomatoes Julienne Style (thin sliced)
Onion Julienne Style (thin sliced)
Green onion

Directions
Mix the tahini with garlic، cumin and lemon juice

Add salt، pepper، vinegar and water according to how you want your tahini thickness to be.

Then add the herring to the mixture، then the onion and tomato، and stir well.

Then serve the dish with green onions.
