Breakfast Pouched Eggs in Tomatoes (Shakshouka)

Ingredients
1 onion diced
1 garlic clove diced
800G tomatoes chopped
1 sweet pepper diced
Salt
Paprika
Cumin
Black pepper
Parsley

Coriander

Directions
Medium heat olive oil
Add onions and garlic
Saute until tender (about 5 minutes)
Add in peppers
Cook until soft
Add tomatoes، Salt، Paprika، Cumin، and black pepper
Cover and cook for 15 minutes until tomatoes are soft and mushy
Make a hole for each egg، put the egg، and then cover and cook until egg whites are cooked
Season eggs with salt and pepper، then put parsley or coriander on top
Enjoy!
