Badr University in Cairo (BUC)، third international festival، held under the slogan “Misr el Ensan”، kicked off on Saturday، amid the attendee of a large number of celebrities and academics.
Among the attendee were Maged El Masry، Sherine، Magdy Kamel، Mohsen Mohiedine، and Magdy Sobhi.
The festival honored a number of celebrities and academics including، Maged El Masry، Sherine، Magdy Kamel، Mohsen Mohiedine، Magdy Sobhi، Ayman El Shewy، and Dr. Ahlam Younis.
It is scheduled for the festival to witness throughout the day various artistic activities، which concludes by Tamer Hosny concert، which will take place at the University at 06:00 PM (Cairo local time)، for the benefit of Abu Rish Children's Hospital.
The festival will run from April (14-19)، and will feature various artistic activities، including a number of concerts by superstars، Tamer Hosny، Jannat ، Sandy، and a cultural evening with Hisham Algakh.
On the other hand، it is scheduled for Janat to conclude the festival on April 19، according to Badr University official website.
The festival is held under the auspices of Dr. Hassan Al-Qala، Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University and Dr. Mustafa Kamal، President of the University.
The festival aims to offer a wide range of concerts، exhibitions، artistic، cultural and، sports activities، in addition to being a cultural and artistic forum that brings together a group of scientists، authors، and intellectuals، to also presents new talents in various fields.
The festival was created based on the belief of the management of Badr University in Cairo (BUC) that cultural، sports and artistic development are part of the components of comprehensive development، therefore، the idea of holding a diverse cultural festival supported by the BUC University for its students، and constitutes of a real contribution to the development of society was created under the slogan "Egypt Human Festival.. to develop the spirit of creativity for youth and to support new urban communities".
Noteworthy، Badr is a city located northeast in the Cairo Governorate، Egypt. Badr is planned as an industrial city and includes 129 factories. In addition to this، 350 factories are still under construction. Most factories are built with the aim of exporting to Arab، African and world markets.
