Court of Cassation accepted on Tuesday the appeals submitted by 48 defendants against the decision of being put on the terror lists، over Killing Journalist Mayada Ashraf.
Late prosecutor General Hisham Barakat referred defendants to the criminal court، over accusations of killing Mayada، joining terrorist group، murdering with premeditation، crowding، at Ain Shams area in March 28، 2014، terrorizing citizens، and arson.
Mayada Ashraf، 23، a reporter with the daily Al Dostor، was shot dead while covering clashes between security forces and MB protesters in the area.
