An Israeli journalist confirmed that the government of Benjamin Netanyahu has opened a file for the exchange of prisoners with the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas.
Netanyahu offered to lift siege on Gaza Strip in exchange for the cessation of marches and demonstrations، the political analyst of Hebrew channel، Amit، said according to the Israeli television website.
"Israel made a proposal to stop the demonstration on the border with Gaza، and the immediate commencement of prisoner exchange negotiations،” Segal added.
He said the Netanyahu government was in “a state of terror” from the anticipated Palestinian march in the return marches.
It is worthy to mention that، Egypt criticized Israel after the occupation forced killed more than 19 Gazans who marched in large numbers to the Gaza-Israel border and clashed with IDF soldiers، as Arutz Sheva said.
At least 30،000 Arabs marched towards the border on Friday، hurling firebombs at soldiers.
The Gaza health bureau said 19 Palestinian were killed in the disturbances and that more than 1،400 were injured.
