Directions Dice two chicken breasts. Finely chop an onion and two cloves of garlic. Slice 300g of mushrooms. Heat two tablespoons of 350g Olive Oil in a large frying pan. Add the chicken to the pan and fry until browned Add the onions and garlic، frying lightly for 3 minutes to soften. Stir the sliced mushroom and cook for a further five minutes. Finely chop a handful of fresh، flat leaf parsley. Turning the pan to a law heat، stir in the parsley. Add 250ml of double cream Meanwhile bring a large pan of water to the boil، season with salt. Add the Tagliatelle pasta and boil for eight minutes until its cooked. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce، tossing until all of the pasta is coated. Serve with the grated Parmesan cheese.
