The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has predicted that Thursday’s weather، the first day of the holy month of Ramadan، would see gradual increase in temperature. The EMA predicted that moderate weather along the north coast and hot weather in Lower Egypt، Cairo and north Upper Egypt. Hotter temperatures are expected in south Upper Egypt، especially in the daylight hours.
Mist will affect visibility on roads in the morning in the north.
Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated over the north.
Winds will be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength.
It will be active in Cairo، and South Sinai، as well as the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez، possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 36C in Cairo، 28C in Alexandria، 27C in Matrouh.
