Al-Azhar Grand Imam، Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb congratulated Egypt’s president، Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi، Defense Minister Sedki Sobhi and the Egyptian people on the anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan war victory.
Al-Tayeb asserted that the Egyptian army has been standing as a protective shroud for Egypt during times of war and peace. He added that Egypt now wages a war no less ferocious، and is exerting more efforts to combat terrorism and extremism.
Moreover، Al-Tayyeb called on all Egyptians to stand by the army، while stamping out terrorism in order to maintain Egypt’s safety and security. He also urged Egyptians to aspire to the brave spirit of the Egyptian soldiers who fought during that war.
