Immigration Minister، Nabila Makram، congratulated on Wednesday, the 39-year-old Egyptian Dr. Mohamed El Sayed Badr for taking over the position of Faculty of Mass communication dean in Munich، Germany, after a fierce competition with 72 German professors.
The Minister expressed her great pride in the Egyptian qualifications abroad, pointing out that the Egyptian can take over the highest positions regardless of age. The efficiency is always the only way to occupy the first ranks.
Badr، the son of Alexandria، is the youngest expatriate in Germany to hold this position. Mohamed El Sayed Badr was named the best university professor in Germany in 2017 after a fierce competition with 72 German professors.
He also established joint media programs between the Universities of Westminster in London and Macromedia in Munich. Moreover he is also credited with enriching scientific and cultural cooperation in the field of media and other fields between the two universities.
