A number of Security directors paid inspection tours at different bus stations and markets nationwide following the government’s decision to raise the oil products’ prices. The security directors warned drivers against violating the new tariffs and imposing unjustified rise in prices on citizens.
The security directors also said that any driver violates the defined fares would be referred to investigation
The security directors met a number of citizens، telling them not to pay more than the scheduled tariff and inform the concerned authorities about any violators، who will be forwarded to the prosecution to take legal action against them.
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli announced Saturday that the increase in transportation fares will be around 10 to 20 percent، stating that most governors have set the new fares and they will be announced on public stations.
