Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients
1liter of Milk
100ml Heavy Cream
50g Cocoa Powder
50g Starch Powder
150g Sugar
300g Dark Chocolate

Directions
Add 1L milk، 100ml heavy cream، 50g cocoa powder، 50g starch and 150g sugar in a glass bowl. Mix it well and strain it through a sieve.
Heat it with hot water and add 300g of dark chocolate. Mix it well.
Pour it in a cake mold and let it cool in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
