Directions Dig out 12 of melon with a spoon. Add 130g cream cheese، 30g sugar، 70g yogurt and 1~2 drops of vanilla essence to a mixing bowl and mix. Add 100g of 60% whipped heavy cream and mix. Separate 13 of the mixture. Add 3 slices of melted gelatin and melon and mix a little more. Add 1 sheet of cake sheet and cream mousse inside the melon. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Add 100ml of melon flavored milk to the previously separated cream. Mix it well and add 2 sheet of melted gelatin. Pour the second mixture of cream mousse on top of the melon. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify. Add a generous amount of spoon carved melon pieces on top of solidified melon mousse. Garnish with peppermint.
