Hayatem’s sister reveals her latest health developments

In an exclusive statement to "Sada el balad"، former belly dancer-actress، Hayatem sister، Tahani revealed the developments of her sister's health after being transferred from ICU to a normal hospital room.

Tahani reasured fans that Hayatem's health condition has improved significantly.

"Some people are spreading bad news about her health، but they are not my concern، because all that matters in the meantime is for her full recovery and being discharged from the hospital.” She stressed.

Hayatem، 67، was admitted into the hospital month ago، where she suffered from a very high temperature، which required for her to be transferred to ICU.

Her health has stabilized and is currently receiving treatment from Colon cancer in a hospital in Dokki district، according to close sources to the actress on July 7.

Noteworthy، some news websites reported that Hayatem was suffering from a serious illness and that she had been transferred to intensive care in a hospital، in mohandeseen.

Her last artistic work is 2017’s film “Yghaloh Ameer” (May It Prosper).

Yghaloh Ameer co-starring Ahmed Rizk، Boussy، Hesham Ismail، Bayyumy Fouad، Mahmoud Ellithy، Hayatem، Alla Kushnir، Tamer Shaltout، Alaa Morsy، Nermin Maher، and others.

The film is written by Sayed El Sobky، and directed by Shady Ali.

The plot revolves around a hesitant person who doubts all those around him، including his wife whom he divorced three times، which affects their only child.

Sohair Hassan، known as Hayatem is an Egyptian actor and former belly dancer.

Hayatem was born on July 22، 1950 in Alexandria. She was married to actor Mohamed Khairy then they got divorced.

She started her career as a supporting actress in cinema and on stage. In 1997 she produced one of her plays "Ya ana Ya enta"(Either me or you).

She also starred in "Haat Farkha"، "Bedaya we Nehaya"، "Mahragan El Haramya"، "Al Sayeda Wasalo"، "Ana We Heya We Meraty"، "Zaman Emad El Din"، and others.
