Rising singer، Yasmin Ali performed Tuesday evening at the International Festival of Carthage 34th session، which runs from July 13 to August 17، hosted at Roman Carthage Amphitheatre، in Carthage، Tunisia، amid a large crowd.
The young star performed a number of her songs including songs from the golden age including Warda Al-Jazairia’s Lola El Malama and fi youm w lila، Dalida’s Helwa Ya Balady and Umm Kulthum’s El Atlal.
She was also keen to perform a number of Tunisia songs، which gained the admiration of the Tunisians، especially since it was performed with professionalism and smoothness.
Ali is the only Egyptian singer to represent Egypt at the festival this year.
The International Festival of Carthage is an annual music festival annually occurs in July and August since 1964 in the coastal city of Carthage، in Tunisia.
Noteworthy، Yasmine Ali، was born in El Mahmoudiyah City، and raised in Alexandria، is an Egyptian singer، according to Yasmine Ali official Facebook page.
Yasmine talent began to appear at a very young age، (4 years)، which was felt by her parents who enrolled her at Alexandria Center of Arts.
Ali performed her first concert at the age of 8، during the opening ceremony of Kasr Sakafet Elanfoshy.
She continued performing concerts until she graduated from high school and enrolled at Arabic Music Institute for one year.
Later on، she entered the Faculty of mass communication، Journalism department، followed by enrolling to the Egyptian Opera House، where she performed on all of its theaters.
She also performed in the opera abroad in the cultural exchange program.
She graduated from college and trained in radio and radio engineering، then worked as a TV anchor in “Fekra” channel، but the channel closed.
She also acted in TV series “Yomyat Wanees S8”، co-starring Mohamed Sobhi، Gamil Ratib، Aida Abdel Aziz، Samah Anwar، Maha Abou Ouf، Samah Abbas، Abdalah Mishrif، and Khalil Morsy.
