Ingredients
16 ¼ oz (460 g) biscuit dough, 1 can
⅓ cup (85 g) marinara sauce
16 slices pepperoni
16 oz (455 g) mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
shredded parmesan cheese, for topping

Directions
Under 30 min
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
Cut each biscuit in half. Press each half into a circle with your thumb.
Place about 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce, 1 pepperoni, and 1 cube of mozzarella on each biscuit round.
Bring the edges up and over, pressing them together and being sure to leave no gaps for the filling to leak out.
Arrange the pizza bombs on the baking sheet.
Combine the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush the butter mixture onto each pizza bomb and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are browned.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce alongside for dipping.
