Amr Al Najjar، the media coordinator of the Egyptian diver Saddam Kelany، said that Saddam would take a dip Friday to test the thermal system of the new suit made in Sharm El Sheikh in the tip south of Sinai Peninsula.
Al Nijjar added that suit is a dry kit designed to keep dry so as not to leak water to the body of the diver.
At the same time it keeps the body warmth throughout the underwater time، he said.
He confirmed that the suit has been tested for water leakage.
Test has already proved that there is no leakage of water during diving.
Saddam will spend more than six days under water and will be able to sleep، eat، drink، play and play for 154 consecutive hours under water.
Representatives of the Guinness Book of Records will follow that adventure on August 4.
Kelany appealed to the Egyptians to pray for him during this experiment.
