The Federation International of Football Association (FIFA) has decided to suspend head of the Zambian Football Association Kalusha Bualia for two years. The Zambian official was accused of involvement in Qatar's corruption case to host the 2022 World Cup.
Some local reports in Zambia claim that the Zambian had received a bribe of 80،000 dollars from Qatari officials.. FIFA’s officials probed the suspect for months. Then they had decided to suspended him as investigators proved that he was bribed from Mohammed bin Hammam، a senior Qatari official and former AFC official. Bin Hammam was also investigated in the same case in February 2017. The FIFA has fined the Zambian 100،000 Swiss francs and has been banned from all activities in the Confederation of African Football ( CAF) for two years as off today.
