Dr Abdel  Rahim Rehan، Director of Publishing and Archeological Studies in the Ministry of Antiquities، said that the Egyptian people enjoyed coherence and union in course of various eras of history. 
That unison mirrored in all walks of life.
He added during remarks made today to Middle East News Agency (MENA) that the Christian Coptics made horse -plaything and doll from sugar for Muslims to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Mohamed (prayer and peace of Allah may be upon him).
He revealed that Egypt with the only Muslim country that have made those items since the Fatimid Dynasty (ruled in Egypt and the near east between 909 and 1171).
He assured the Coptic Christians constructed mill for sugar dolls in Alexandria in the Middle Ages.
Dr Rehan went on to say that the horse symbolizes the human soul.
It refers to a St، George، a Christian knight in the early era of Christianity as he is slaying the dragon.
