Russia، Japan FMs meet on Monday to negotiate peace treaty

Foreign Ministers of Russia and Japan are going to meet on Monday to negotiate a peace treaty between the two neighboring countries.
Maria Zakharova، a spokeswoman of Russia Foreign Ministry، said on Friday، that FMs of the two countries lead delegations according to TAAS، a Russian news agency.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to meet Shenzu Abe، Japan PM later this month in an attempt to push talks of peace treaty.
It is worth to mention that Russia and Japan did not come to terms to sign a peace treaty since the end of the second World War(WWII) in September 1945.
Moscow had pledged to return two islands of four ones in Kuril Islands
